Products, Inc. awarded a $1.19M Contract from L-3 Cincinnati
Electronics
Carlsbad, CA - April 12, 2010 - Palomar Display Products,
Inc. announced today that it has been awarded a firm
fixed price contract by L-3 Cincinnati Electronics to
design and deliver thermal sight displays and operator
control panels.
Under the $1.19M contract, Palomar Display Products,
Inc. will design and deliver monochrome, high-resolution
displays and associated control panels for armored personnel
carriers that, once integrated with L-3 thermal sensor,
will be delivered to a customer in the Middle East.
The display and control panel deliveries will commence
in May 2010 and will be completed in May of 2011.

Electronics in its pursuit of domestic and international

Palomar Display
Products Inc. awarded a $1.54M Contract from DRS Reconnaissance,
Surveillance and Target Acquisition Group's Florida
Operations
Carlsbad, CA - March 23, 2010 - Palomar Display Products
Inc. announced today that it has been awarded a firm
fixed price contract by DRS's Reconnaissance, Surveillance
and Target Acquisition Group's Florida Operations
to deliver thermal sight display kits and spare electronics
assemblies.
Under the $1.54M contract,
Palomar Display Products Inc. will deliver to DRS
high resolution displays kits for the US Army Bradley
Fighting Vehicle. The display kits will be built at
Palomar Display Products facility in Carlsbad, California
with all deliveries being completed by December 2010.

As our Military
business has grown at Palomar Displays, we have decided
to reorganize to better support our Military Base. As
a result, we are happy to announce that we have transitioned
our ATM Product Line to Display Concepts, LLC located
in Wisconsin.
Display Concepts has their own offerings that support
the ATM marketplace, and now will provide support of
Palomars fielded products, including in and out
of warranty repairs, and most importantly you the customers.
The President of Display Concepts is Robert (Rip) Rippberger
who has a long history of supporting the ATM marketplace.

Trooper®
Mobile Data Systems Purchased
by Polaris Digital Systems, Inc.
Palomar Displays
has decided to terminate its participation in the public
safety market. While we have worked diligently in the
market, our core strategy and legacy products continue
to be Ruggedized Military and ATM Displays.
We are excited to announce that we have identified a
company that could continue to support and service our
products as well as develop new products to serve the
public safety market. This company is Polaris Digital
Systems, Inc., operating out of Vista, California and
Columbia, South Carolina. The founders of Polaris Digital
Systems have over 25 years of experience supplying computer
and computer integrated equipment and support.
We are also excited to announce that Tim Hughes, our
Technical Product Manager for our Public Safety Products,
has agreed to join Polaris Digital Systems. Together,
this dynamic team of Polaris Digital Systems and Tim
Hughes will provide a seamless transition for the continued
sales, service, and support of the Public Safety Products
previously provided here at Palomar Displays. As of
December 1, 2005 Polaris Digital Systems will sell and
service all Trooper® products including the recently
released Trooper® II, and will provide all warranty
and out of warranty service.

Palomar Display Products Inc.*,
Carlsbad, Calif., was awarded on Aug. 30, 2005, a
$7,665,740 firm-fixed-price contract for production
of the horizontal technology integration second generation
Block 0 and Block 1 biocular image control unit assemblies
and associated spares. Work will be performed in Carlsbad,
Calif., and is expected to be completed by May 31,
2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number
of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on May 27,
2005, and three bids were received. The U.S. Army
Communications-Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth,
N.J., is the contracting activity (W15P7T-05-C-S011).
